Each order shows where it came from (table, QR, kiosk, pickup, web, Eats, Glovo…), with a channel filter; tips show on each order and in the totals. The order window, redesigned, gathers its documents: the ticket number, its invoice and its refunds. When making an invoice, each field opens the right keyboard and you choose how to hand it over (PDF, e-mail or WhatsApp). Totals no longer count tickets closed without payment or voided ones, which have their own filter.
In «Your QR menu» › Results (Pro and Enterprise), see how many times your QR menu is opened, how many orders come from it and what they add up to, by day, hour and table, against the previous period. We only count how many times, never who: no cookies, no data about your guests. And on «Orders and payment» you choose, on the same page, how guests pay from the QR, with the phone showing what your guest will see.
In My website › «Already have a website?», type your current site's address, confirm that its texts and photos are yours, and Mesero reads it (up to 5 pages: home, about us, menu and contact) to fill in your My website: the story, if you don't have one yet, and the photos, in the empty spots. What you already wrote doesn't change, and nothing is saved or published until you save.
The setup assistant follows the admin's look, «Import with AI» works without leaving it, a single question about how many tables you have creates them all at once, and the till's printer is easier to set up.
In Google reviews › «Your listing» (Pro and Enterprise), put «Order online» and «Book a table» buttons that open your Mesero pages, your opening hours and your QR menu on your Google listing. You see what will change first; nothing reaches Google until you save or confirm it, and other providers' links (Glovo, TheFork…) are left alone. With «Keep the hours / the menu up to date», later changes go by themselves. And since 30 October, «Your website» puts your Mesero website on your listing too.
«⋯ → Invoice…» asks for the customer's details and issues the full invoice; cancel and nothing is issued. Training sales no longer count in the totals, discounts and refunds are always shown separately, and «Month» lists the previous twelve months by name.
The refund screen, redesigned. At the top, what was charged, how and when; three steps (what is given back, the reason, how it is given back); it tells you beforehand when a manager's PIN will be needed; and one button says the amount («Give back €5.00»).
In Spain, download the register of invoices issued («libro registro de facturas expedidas») as an Excel file in the Spanish Tax Agency's format, for your accountant: tickets summed up by day, and each invoice and each corrective invoice on its own line. In Admin → Invoices. Not yet in the Basque Country, Navarre, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
If you use the till of several restaurants on one computer, the installed app opens the last one you used (before, it could open another). An internet outage no longer opens the printer alert that couldn't be closed, and a menu change that didn't load is fetched again by itself a minute later.
On Pro and Enterprise, «Customise your ticket», in «Receipt templates», lets you choose what your customer sees on the paper. On the final ticket and the pre-bill (one set for both): the logo, the name printed large and a line under it, the phone, e-mail, website and Instagram; the table and diners, who served, the order number and the kitchen notes; a goodbye, a line of your own (the wifi, the hours, a promotion), the reviews QR and the «need an invoice?» QR; 80 or 58 mm paper. On the kitchen ticket, the table and the dishes in large type. A preview shows what the printer will print, and the lines the law requires (company name, NIF and address, number and date, VAT, total and payment) always print.
Orders are grouped by day, with the net after refunds and one filter bar.
