How it gets published

You open your accounts. We take care of the rest.

The Apple and Google accounts are yours, in your business's name. So is the app.

We will never ask for your Apple or Google password. You invite us to your team and we publish without it. If anyone asks you for it on Mesero's behalf, don't give it.

How much does it cost?

How do I get it?

From the Mesero dashboard. Create your account, during the free trial too, and request your app: we start preparing it once you are on the Pro plan. We can't promise it will be approved, or a date: each store reviews the app before publishing it.

Whose name is the app published under?

Your business's: the Apple and Google accounts are yours. If you're self-employed (autónomo): on the App Store you enrol as an individual, so the listing shows your name as the seller; the app still carries your restaurant's name and logo. On Google Play, a business account needs a D-U-N-S number and isn't limited to companies: if you have one, ask us before choosing the account type.

Do I have to give you my passwords?

No. You invite us to your team in App Store Connect and Google Play Console, so we publish and update your app without them. Mesero will never ask for your Apple or Google password.

What happens when I change my menu?

Your menu, prices, photos, opening hours and promotions update in the app instantly, with no new version. If you change the name or the icon, we upload a new version for you.

What happens if I leave Mesero?

The app needs an active Mesero subscription: it stops working when your contract ends, with whatever exit periods apply. Your Apple and Google accounts stay yours.
