Zones you decide
By distance from the venue, each with its delivery fee, minimum order and time. The guest leaves the address and instructions: «buzzer 3B».
Solutions · Delivery and hybrid
Your own ordering site for pickup and delivery, in your POS: the order reaches the same kitchen as the dining room, with its zone and its notes, from the same menu. No Mesero commission on orders from your own channel.
9:00 pm · DeliveryEvery order leaves in order, with its ticket, through the pickup window.
A normal day for a venue with a dining room, pickup and its own delivery in Mesero, with its real screens (Spanish interface) and example data. Scroll slowly: the clock moves with you.
In Admin → Online Orders you switch on what you offer: at the table, pickup and delivery, or just one of them. Guests see your menu with photos, allergens and modifiers, with your logo and colours, the most ordered at the top and the cart always in view.
It is the dining room's menu: you change a price once and decide, dish by dish, whether it shows on each channel. Anything you mark as sold out leaves the online menu.
With a default preparation time and the hours you take orders, guests see a real estimate, or schedule the time they want it. For delivery you set zones by distance from the venue, each with its delivery fee, minimum order and time.
They pay by card through Stripe, charged only when the restaurant accepts the order, or on pickup or delivery, in cash or on your card terminal. A card payment through Mesero carries only Stripe's fee; cash or your own terminal, nothing.
The order appears on the kitchen display with its zone and modifiers, just like a dine-in order. The dining room, QR, your own channel, the kiosk and the integrated aggregators all reach the same screen, and the timers flag anything that has been waiting too long.
If the kitchen is swamped, you raise the default preparation time or adjust the hours, and guests see a realistic estimate.
Admin → Online Orders shows cards for Active, Received, Preparing, Ready and Completed. The list refreshes itself every 15 seconds and a new order rings. Each order carries its number, its type, the guest's details with phone and address, the items, the delivery fee, the tip and the total.
It says whether it is already paid by card or still to be paid on delivery, so nobody charges twice. You move it on with a button —preparing, ready, delivered— and the guest, with their order number, can Track my order.
The dashboard shows what came in through the channel in the last 24 hours. In Reports, the sales-by-channel chart splits what you sold between the POS, QR, online, kiosk, Mesero Eats and platforms, with the amount, the share and the number of orders.
And cash control squares the cash, each card terminal and Bizum before you close, like every night. Reports are on the Pro plan; cash control, on every plan.
When a dining room, pickup, your own delivery and aggregators all run at once, the risk is more tablets, more mistakes and more menus. This is what Mesero brings into one place.
By distance from the venue, each with its delivery fee, minimum order and time. The guest leaves the address and instructions: «buzzer 3B».
The same for the dining room, QR, your own channel and aggregators. You change a price once and decide, dish by dish, whether it shows on each channel.
A dish marked as sold out disappears at once from the POS, the QR menu and the ordering site. Nobody sells what is no longer there.
With your store ID and the API key each platform gives its partners, their orders reach the POS and the kitchen without copying them from the aggregator's tablet.
You register the restaurant, your menu syncs and its orders come in through the same place. It charges the restaurant no commission; the person ordering pays a 5 % service fee.
On your own channel the guest's details are yours: you can build loyalty and sell to them again, without competing with the place next door in the same grid.
Everything that leaves the dining room —pickup, delivery and integrations— is on the Pro plan, at €79/month. With several venues and a central view, Enterprise.
The guest orders and pays on their phone and collects at the time you gave them. If you don't want to run deliveries, you can offer pickup only.
Your riders, your zones and your delivery fee, with payment by card or on delivery. The order is yours from start to finish.
The aggregator finds the guest and your own channel keeps them: orders from Glovo, Just Eat and Mesero Eats reach the same kitchen as yours, and the reports add up every channel.
It is not a separate online shop you reconcile later: it is the same database. Whatever comes in through your site, the QR or an aggregator lands in the same kitchen, the same stock and the same reports.
Ordering at the table by QR is included from Barra. Pickup, delivery and aggregator integrations need Pro, at €79/month; with several venues and a central view, Enterprise.
For solo-operator bars and cafés: just what you need to sell, take payment and stay compliant.
For smaller restaurants that want a cleaner operation without extra complexity.
For growing restaurants that need operations and sales to run from one system.
For groups and franchises that need control, integrations and multi-location visibility.

Talk to usThere is no percentage: orders from your own channel carry no Mesero commission on the amount; you pay your monthly plan. If the guest pays by card through Mesero, the payment carries only Stripe's fee; cash or your own card terminal, nothing.
For delivery from your own channel, yes: you set your delivery zones, your delivery fee and your minimum order, and your team delivers. If you don't want to run deliveries, you can offer pickup only on your channel and leave delivery to the integrated aggregators.
By connecting the integration from the dashboard, on the Pro plan or above, with your restaurant's ID and the API key each platform gives its partners. From then on their orders go straight into the POS and onto the kitchen display, without anyone copying them from the aggregator's tablet. Mesero Eats is switched on from the same dashboard.
