Modifiers that don't get lost
With oat milk, no ice, a double: each modifier is attached to its line and reaches the kitchen ticket and the receipt that way.

The bar charges in one tap, the terrace orders and pays from the phone, and the cash close tells you what is missing and where. On the tablet or phone you already have, from €19/month with VeriFactu included.
8:00 am · Rush hourThe bar is packed, the terrace orders from the phone and nobody waits for the bill.
This is how an ordinary day at a bar runs in Mesero, with its real screens (Spanish interface) and example data. Scroll slowly: the clock moves with you.
Coffee, toast and out the door. Takeaway opens a ticket by number without going through the floor plan, what sells most is close at hand in Recent, and payment in Quick mode takes one tap: cash or card for the exact amount.
Modifiers travel with their line, so “with oat milk” doesn't get lost on the way.
Each table has its QR. The guest opens the menu in their phone's browser, with nothing to download, orders and, if you switch it on, pays from there. The order reaches the POS and the kitchen with its table number, like any other.
Mesero charges nothing per order. A card payment through Mesero carries only Stripe's fee; cash or your own terminal, nothing. How QR ordering works
Each dish reaches the kitchen display with its table, its course and its notes, and the kitchen advances it until it is marked ready. Nobody shouts orders over the coffee machine.
The kitchen display comes with the Starter plan. On Barra, the order prints on the kitchen printer.
With Mesero Comandas, each waiter takes the order on their own iPhone or Android and it goes out at once. If the terrace loses signal, the app keeps the orders on the phone and sends them in order when the connection is back.
The app has an English interface. Everyone signs in with their own PIN: 1 user on Barra, 5 on Starter, 15 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise.
You count the cash by notes and coins, and Mesero compares it with what the sales, each card terminal and Bizum say. If something doesn't match, you see in which method and by how much, before you close the day.
Cash control comes with every plan, along with tickets and VeriFactu.
At a bar the bottleneck is hardly ever the kitchen: it is charging, charging again and splitting the bill of a table of six. This is what Mesero does about it.
With oat milk, no ice, a double: each modifier is attached to its line and reaches the kitchen ticket and the receipt that way.
By items, in equal parts between 2 and 6, by amounts or moving lines to a new ticket. The parts always add up to the total, to the cent.
With a Redsys terminal registered for TPV-PC, the amount reaches the terminal by itself. If you'd rather not set it up, you charge in manual mode or with a SumUp-style reader.
With the customer club (Pro plan), the waiter scans the card on the guest's phone at checkout and the regular gets their discount, even when you raise your prices.
Promotions on the Pro plan apply 2-for-1, the second unit free or a percentage by day and time slot on their own, at the POS and on the QR menu, and show on the receipt.
From Starter, each sale takes from the inventory what the product contains, and the stock count tells you what is missing before you call the supplier.
The same POS for all of them. What changes is how many people use it at once and what switches on around it.
One person behind the bar, breakfasts and takeaway: 1 terminal and 1 user, QR ordering at the table, VeriFactu and the Mesero Comandas app.
A small team and a small kitchen: 5 users, the kitchen display, inventory and staff clock-in.
Up to 3 terminals and 15 users, the customer club, promotions and the QR menu in your own brand, plus bookings and online ordering.
These are not six apps stitched together: it is one database. Whatever comes in through the QR, the waiter's phone or the bar lands on the same bill, in the same kitchen and in the same till.
Barra, at €19/month, is for one person behind the bar: 1 terminal and 1 user. With a team, Starter adds 5 users, the kitchen display and inventory. The regulars' club and promotions are on Pro.
For solo-operator bars and cafés: just what you need to sell, take payment and stay compliant.
For smaller restaurants that want a cleaner operation without extra complexity.
For growing restaurants that need operations and sales to run from one system.
For groups and franchises that need control, integrations and multi-location visibility.

Yes, in integrated mode over Redsys: you press «Charge card» on the POS and the amount reaches the terminal by itself. You need a terminal registered for TPV-PC and a Windows PC with the Redsys plugin. If you'd rather not set it up, you can use the terminal in manual mode or a SumUp-style reader.
The POS shows it in the header. Mesero runs in the cloud, so it needs internet to send orders and charge: if the bar's line goes down, share your phone's data with the tablet and carry on. The Mesero Comandas app keeps orders on the phone and sends them when the connection is back.
