Delete your Instagram data from Mesero

If you connected your venue's Instagram to Mesero in Social media, Mesero keeps the account's username, its type (Business or Creator), its id and an encrypted access permission. It does not keep the text of comments: it reads them from Instagram when you open the page.

1. From Mesero

In your venue's admin, open Customers › Social media and tap Disconnect. Mesero deletes the connection and the access permission at once.

2. From Instagram

In Instagram, go to Settings › Apps and websites and remove Mesero. Instagram tells Mesero and Mesero stops using the account. If you also ask Meta to delete your data, Mesero deletes the connection and gives you a code to check the request's status at mesero-tpv.es/borrado-datos.

3. By e-mail

Write to [email protected] with your venue's name and the Instagram account. We delete it and confirm it to you.
